Pool Services

  • Services Provided @ Opening ($500)

    • Removal of winter cover
    • Removal of winter plugs
    • Reassembly/installation/inspection of equipment
    • Test and adjust water chemistry
    • Folding of winter cover
    • Start up equipment
    • Vacuum and brush pool
    • Clean auto cover (if applicable)

    An opening chemicals kit is included (5lbs of shock and 32oz of algaecide). Any additional chemicals are billed separately. Customer-provided chemicals will only be accepted after the included chemical kit is used.

    • Lower water level
    • Blow out lines
    • Install winter plugs (plugs are additional charge)
    • Antifreeze in skimmers
    • Cover pool with owners’ safety cover
    • Remove leaves and vacuum as needed
    • Remove ladders/safety rails
    • Remove pool accessories
    • Clean and drain filter

    A closing chemicals kit is included (32oz of metal remover, chlorine floater and 32oz of algaecide). Any additional chemicals are billed separately. Customer-provided chemicals will only be accepted after the included chemical kit is used.

Lighting Services

  • Permanent lighting is a discreet, long-lasting outdoor lighting solution installed directly on your home. It offers customizable colors and patterns for year-round use, holidays, and special occasions—no ladders or seasonal installs required.

    We install Govee Lights, however customers may provide their own lights. Warranty may not apply to customer-provided lights, check manufacturer details.
